One Dish Meal

from Mary Warner

3 c sliced raw potatoes

1 pound hamburger

¼ c onion

3 c sliced carrots

½ c instant rice

3-4 c tomatoes

2 tsp salt

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Pepper

Flour

Bake at 375 ˚ for 2 ½ hours
