Corn Chowder

from Sylvia Nuckles

8 slices of bacon dices

1 large onion

8 large potatoes

2 cans creamed corn

4 tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

Dash of basil

4 c. water

2 cans milk

Fry bacon until crisp. Mix all ingredients together except milk. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add milk and serve.
