Hamburger Zucchini Casserole

2 large zucchini

1 ½ pounds hamburger

1 onion

½ pound cheese, shredded

1 can cream of mushroom soup

¾ c milk (if needed)

Brown meat and onion. Cook zucchini and drain. In a dish, layer meat, zucchini and cheese. Repeat. Combine soup and milk and pour over all. Bake at 350˚ for 35 minutes
